MIEC can provide coverage to medical corporations and partnerships if all physicians are MIEC insureds. We provide coverage at limits of $1 million per claim/$3 million annual aggregate, to $5 million per claim/$7 million annual aggregate.MIEC will issue a separate policy to cover the legal liability of the partnership or multishareholder professional corporation.

MIEC offers a group discount to groups of physicians who meet certain premium and size criteria and whose members have participated in an MIEC-sponsored loss prevention program or have received an on-site visit by MIEC's loss prevention representatives. Larger groups who have excellent claims experience over the past five consecutive years may qualify for additional discounts. Such groups also are asked to maintain an internal quality assurance program
