  • MIEC Information Session for Saltzer Health Providers

Given the recent news and pending uncertainty for Saltzer Health physicians and allied staff, MIEC will be conducting an exclusive information session and meet & greet Thursday, February 8th, at COILED Winery & Tasting Room from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (mountain time). We understand the uncertainty changes like this can cause. Our goal for this session is to eliminate the mysteries of malpractice insurance and support your transition. MIEC has developed custom pricing and underwriting guidelines exclusively for providers making the transition from Saltzer Health. As you evaluate your options, MIEC staff will be onsite to answer your questions regarding malpractice coverage.

Additionally, we will have other community resources on hand to answer questions and provide support. These resources include local and state medical society representatives, independent practice support, insurance brokers, practice management support, etc.

MIEC is Idaho’s largest, and most experienced provider of medical professional liability insurance, providing uninterrupted services to Idaho physicians since 1976. As a physician-owned organization, and longtime partner of the Idaho Medical Association, we have a vested interest in the Idaho healthcare community.
