In addition to office surveys, MIEC provides another useful, free tool to MIEC insureds to reduce policyholders' liability risks.

On request of policyholders and of medical specialty societies or hospitals
at which policyholders have privileges, the Loss Prevention Department presents seminars on medical record documentation, medications and medication-related claims, doctor-patient communication and relationships, ways physicians and their spouses can survive malpractice litigation, and other topics. Programs are presented for physicians, hospital medical staff, office staff and nurses.
